(1) If there is a need to change any of the details mentioned in the certificate of registration taken in accordance with section 26, the association may submit an application to the Council mentioning the matter.
(2) When considering the application received under sub-section (1), if it is deemed necessary to amend the procedure mentioned in the certificate of registration, the council shall amend and inform the applicant accordingly.
